Some useful resources are also available, and all pages in the site are printer-friendly in case you want a hard copy of something.

I've added a Chatterbox script. It's like a little chat... you can drop messages without them being categorised by topic like a forum does.
The news of the year is definitely that as of today, the forum is once again functional! About a whole year of topics were lost when my site went down with my old host, and I've had to lock the earlier surviving topics because they're a different format and I don't think they're very compatible with the new script... besides, there's no point in resurrecting 2-year-old topics. I think most people gave up on this site a long time ago, so please spread the word that the forum is back.
Also, yesterday was the first anniversary of Malta's entry into the EU. My story of the EU Membership Celebrations 2004 is a good memory of last year, even though all the related links except one are dead.
I also fixed smilies in the guestbook.
